Cleve’s Ultimate Burger Booster Smash Burger

Ingredients (Makes 2 burgers)

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred

  • 2 tbsp Cleve’s Burger Booster seasoning

  • 4 slices American or cheddar cheese

  • 2 brioche buns

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Optional toppings

    • Lettuce

    • Tomato

    • Pickles

    • Onion

Simple Burger Sauce (Optional)

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp pickle juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet or flat top over high heat until very hot.

  2. Divide beef into four loose balls. Do not overwork the meat.
